Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Electric E110A 7BS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unimount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Union-Tool product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unimount such as the F003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 111485 manufactured by Unico and we are pleased to be able to service most Unico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TGA1693 by Manufacturer Union-Tool as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Universal-Plastics Brand UP1101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by United-Electric such as 8027BS equipment made by United-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Electric" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100442 by Unico and 8027BS spares by United-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
